I have a iPhone four with all the latest updates; and iTunes is also updated to the latest version. Today; I attempted to do some maintenance on my iPhone via iTunes; in that I wanted to rearrange some apps and create some folders. The last time I did this; all the screen shots of my iPhone would show on the right column of iTunes and it was just a matter of dragging the apps from one screen to another. Appears that this option is no longer available to me. Also; none of my existing folders show at all.

What gives? In other words; what am I doing wrong?
