App for changing orientation of pages in PDF file

I've scanned in several pages for a single pdf file, and all are currently in portrait orientation. Is there a PDF editing app that will let me change some pages (not all) of a multi-page pdf file to landscape?

doesn't Preview ? if you open the overview tab

Yes, indeed it does. Many thanks.

After selecting "Thumbnails" view, individual pages can be rotated by selecting the thumbnail and selecting Rotate Left/Right.
