App for complete "do not disturb" mode

I'm using OS X 10.11.5 and is looking for an app that makes it possible to turn off all distractions. The "do not disturb" mode only turns of notifications but I would like to turn of everything. Here're a few examples.
  • System and application sounds, except from my current choice of music via Spotify or iTunes (so just turning of the sound doesn't work)
  • Jumping icons in the doc
  • All notifications (some of them arn't hidden for some reason even if DDD is turn on)
I guess there are more distractions then these I encounter on a regular basis, but it's a good start. Does an app that does this exist?
