App for creating icons with Blu-ray cases, DVD cases, video game cases, etc.

I'm looking for an app that I used about a year ago, but forgot the name of it. Basically it was an app that you would launch that would bring up a small window that you could drag an image to and it would create an icon with that image inside of a Blu-ray case (or DVD or video game or whichever case you select from the list). You'd then be able to apply that icon to any file. You could also download packs that contained a bunch of different cases to use, like SNES games, NES games, Wii games, etc. I completely forgot the name of it, but it was incredibly useful! Can anybody help me out? Thanks so much in advance!!
