App for downloading entire Instagram stream?

I'm wondering if there's an app for downloading an entire Instagram stream. I see Free Instagram Downloader, but it's Windows only. Anyone seen anything like this for Mac?

I use that now (a lot), but it's not good for past photos. It'll only work going forward. I think my best bet is just a web viewer and saving them that way.
