app for drawing/doodling on pics?

Sometimes I just want to note something on a pic and draw freely on it.
looking for an app. maybe free? I have the bamboo loop app but it cuts the pic square. I simply want something that will let me choose a brush size with color palette and let me draw on them

Have you looked at FxCamera, Path on, Overgram or Phonto? There are probably more apps that will add text to your photos.

yes, I have 2 apps that will add text. I want an app that will let me doodle with my finger. sometimes I have a picture I have to sketch on it when I send it to team worker to explain better. not just for personal amusement, like drawing a mustache HAHA

I use the old PhotoForge for that. But it's not available anymore I don't believe.
