Guys - I make calls using 2 SIM cards pretty often and have to manually go and choose 'default voice line' depending if I'm making a local card when traveling or my SIM card from my home country. Any app or widget to make this easier? Perhaps something that prompt me to simply choose line I want to use every time I make a call

unfortunately not. You will get used to it. You have no other choice. Hopefully iOS 17 will change something.
