Is there an app for OS X which will let me edit annotations I made on PDFs?

I have a PDF that I scribbled on through GoodReader on my iPad, and on OS X, I want to get rid of those annotations. I've tried opening the PDF on DEVONThink, but the only annotations I can get rid of are the notes, and not the freehand stuff I scribbled on.
