Hi There,

I run a small estate and property care business with a few employees (all of which have an iPhone + I have an iPad). I am looking for an app to keep a detailed client/property profile for each individual site.

Right now I am just using the notes app and then sending that info to a pages doc assigned to each individual client on my mac.

Can anyone recommend an app that will offer a more streamlined process where my employees and I can share property notes and progress in folders organized by client/property as well as new client requests (i.e. prune wisteria next week at John Smith's, Mrs. B would like annual planters fertilized each week, etc.)?

I feel like I'm not really using the iPad and iPhone to its potential in this regard, and I want my business to stay as personalized and as detailed oriented as possible as it grows. Any app suggestions would be great!
