App for list of items that can be used by multiple people?

I want to set up a list that can be updated on a Mac/PC, iPad and iPhone buy three people. I caught a bit of a commercial for the 4S where someone is shown shopping in the store and the list of items to buy keeps growing because his kids are entering new items in real time on their home computer. Which app is this?
