App for recording live internet radio streams in mp3

Hi

I am looking for and app for recording "live" internet radio streams in mp3 format. I´d like to record five hours of my favourite station and play it on my iPod when I'm out on my bike.

Could someone recommend any easy to use apps for this?

I personally use Audio Hijack Pro too, but Rogue Amoeba has since made Piezo which is a really basic version of it that probably meets your needs more.
