Greetings all,

I'd like to let you know about my/our first iOS game: Lunar Commander. It's on the App Store: http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/lunar-commander/id537292752

Here are a couple of screen shots:

Lunar Commander is a lunar lander type game with 54 missions, objectives and achievements. It's a lot of fun and very addicting. The full version is only 99 cents.

Lunar Commander Lite(FREE) is available now as well: http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/lunar-commander-lite/id541647543?ls=1&mt=8

My company, 3 Liter Games consists of myself and my two sons. We're committed to bringing quality games to portable platforms.

Feedback welcome. Thanks for looking,

Wag

v1.0.1 out

Version 1.0.1 is out now with a Lite/Free version in the pipeline for approval for those who wish to try the game first. (if you have android phone/tablet you can grab that now on google play).

New promo video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fy5DeMCM_ic - featuring v1.0.3 which should be available in a week as well.

Thank you!

lol, try it when the free version comes out - it's actually very easy on the eyes.

I was never a fan of the whole bright green on black effect. If I can change the color scheme at will, it might be a plus worth going for.

Thanks for the feedback - we purposely went with that look for this game to keep the retro feel.

If you decide you want to give the lite/free version a spin, it's out now: https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/1405204/

fwiw, I seem to remember my first apple II had an amber/black screen. :)

V1.0.3 of Lunar Commander is now available!

* 9 new mission - 54 total!
* Several new obstacles / challenges

Enjoy!

Yeah, this game is really good

So I actually like the retro green and black graphics. Doesn't seem hard on the eyes to me at all.

The gameplay really shines. It's a lot of fun fluttering your various thrusters in a zero G environment to steer around obstacles.

I think this game has the kind of quality to do very well on the App Store--the trick will be the marketing side.

Good work wagdog (and sons!)

BTW, I gave word vault a nice review today. My mom now has it on her iPod and my youngest son on his. It's a cool game, very casual to play and I really like the feel of how the letters snap into place along with the sound effects. I hope the game does well for you.

Folks, version 1.0.4 just got released on the store.

Very minor changes; added an obstacle to landing mission 4 and extended the time for landing mission 15.

Do be sure to update if you have the game.
