I'm getting static in my right AirPad Pod Pro (Get 2) at higher volumes.

I'm assuming this is damaged hardware though I don't know how it could have happened.

I think I read that a single APP can be replaced. Does that require purchasing one from Apple or could it be used?

I assume I'd have to go to an Apple Store to have them paired or something. Which is a pain because while there is one nearby its always packed with people pretending they're going to buy something...
