I'm an admitted noob...trying to replace current app icons on my iPhone 5 with .png files (the files in question are The Circles - by some guy named Jackie Tran). I downloaded the .png files to my computer but do not know how to get them to the phone, let alone replace the current app.
I'm generally a pretty resourceful guy and like to figure these things out on my own, but I am at a loss on how to do this. Phone is jailbroken (if that matters). Any help/insight you folks can offer would be greatly appreciated!
