app icons blank or switched

I have an iphone 3gs and I installed flight control. Since then the app icon for flight control is nothing but a gray box my pandora app symbol has been replaced with the mapquest symbol, but it still says pandora and the symbol is dimmer than it should be. I tried removing and reinstalling the apps and resetting the iphone. I also did a search and didn't see anyone else having this problem. Any ideas.

Could this have something to do with the fact that I just jailbroke by 2g phone. I don't see how since I didn't have my 3gs connected until after I noticed the problem
