App Icons in SpringBoard dissapears after Cydia or Installous

Hi guys! I am having problems with my iPhone 3gs with 3.1.3

After I install something in Cydia (something that does not reboot or respring the device) or install/update apps from installous, the icons in the SpringBoard disappears.

After the device reboots or resprings, all the icons comes back though.

Somethings I have tried:
- Rebooting device
- Installing a different WinterBoard theme
- Restoring the firmware to 3.1.3

Just wanted to update everyone on this, I couldn't fix the issue so I just upgraded to 4.0.1 and everything works just fine.

Any idea on how to do this without upgrading to 4.0.1? I upgraded and the 3G was SLOW. So I downgraded.

hi, I have exactly the same problem, in my case, a reboot solves the bug
