iPad mini App icons sometimes greyed out on the home screen

Hey everyone,

I've been having a [small] strange issue with my retina iPad mini for a while now and I was wondering if anyone else is seeing the same thing. Occasionally an icon on the home screen will appear to be greyed out. The only way I can force it back to being normal is to press and hold any icon until they start to shake. It's not really a big deal but I just wondered if anyone else has seen it. It's only on my retina iPad mini, not my iPhone 5s. I'm running iOS 7.0.4.

I've attached a screenshot taken on my iPad. This time, it's the 1Password icon in the top left.

I had this issues with a few apps that failed to install correctly when I purchased my Ipad Mini Retina. I had to uninstall and re-install it to be normal.
