App idea, based on videogame

Hi All

I am wanting to develop a sort of companion app for the videogame Pay Day 2

the app basically is a checklist of mission that user has completed and which difficulty I would like to know where i would start with making this app

any data i want to be stored locally since there is no secure data. this just an app that will act as an interactive checklist
