iPod touch App In Purchased, But Not On My Device

I just installed an app and somehow, it didn't install properly.

After it was done installing, I tried to open it.

It refused to open.

It's in Purchased, but it's not on my device.

I want the app that didn't install off of my device so I can have it reinstall properly again.

Go to Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage > Storage > Manage Storage

If the app name appears, tap on it, and select Delete App
