App Install creating duplicate ghost image

After installing apps, a ghost will appear an another page. It appears that it is still trying to install on my iPhone, but sits there.

It goes away after I reboot my phone but it's a pain.

Any suggestions? Any current issue out there from apple stating the bug?

Do a DFU restore, should clear up any issues.

That's happened to me a few times, mostly if I try to move something around during a new app goes from "Loading..." to "Installing..."

but yea, a simple reboot of the phone should clear that up. I guess just let small apps install fully before doing anything.
