Does anyone know the name app launch page this guy has in his notification center?

Looks in the description to be called Notification Center enhancer.

Notification Center Enhancer seems to only have two features according to its description, customize the number of lines shown, and add a 1 touch clear functionality. There is no mention of that app launcher in either the first article I read or the cydia description.
