What App launcher do you use most often, I have to admit that I use Spotlight the most, it's the most simple for me.

The OP did not include the Dock. It IS the main app launcher in OS X but anyways I use the Dock first of course, then Stacks and Spotlight last.

If its not on the dock I almost always just type it into spotlight

I voted other because there was no dock option. Usually I use the the dock. If it is not there I just go to the app folder ( which is oddly enough on the Dock).

Ditto between these two -- if it's not on the dock, I 80% spotlight it and 20% expand the apps folder on the dock into a menu and navigate to it from there.

Dock, Stacks and Spotlight. I tried Overflow for a while but it seemed kinda pointless with Stacks as a default feature in Leopard.

I use quicksilver for app launching and moving stuff around (and I try and take full advantage of just about everything else quicksilver can do), spotlight is for searching!

Anyway I'd say I use the Dock for 10% of my app launching, just launching quicksilver and checking what apps are open, quicksilver 90% of the time for launching apps. But of course I still use spotlight all the time for finding documents and what not.
