Hello All -

New owner. Things were going great last night. I was able to push and hold an app until it "jiggled" and moved/deleted accordingly.

Today when I push and hold, the apps "bounce" once and then nothing.

I've called Apple twice, rebooted, repaired (both from backup and fresh copy) with no luck.

Am I missing something simple?

Thanks

If you push hard, it's considered a 'force touch' and bounces (because that screen doesn't have any force touch menu). If you just touch your finger lightly to the screen and wait it will enter app movement mode.

Boy do I feel like an idiot. I was probably getting more and more frustrated, thereby making the problem worse. Haha!

Funny how Apple Support couldn't key in to this the two times I called.

Thanks Cobra. I owe you a beer! :)

After owning my Watch for a few months... I've settled on re-arranging apps using the Watch App on the phone. Much faster and much more reliable.

Just a suggestion :)

Agreed. I was more in a "damn it this worked last night" mode and was convinced it was broken or a setting was screwed up.

Thanks for the suggestion.

:) Odd that Apple support wouldn't figure that out. I guess force touch isn't all that intuitive to them either, haha. It got me a few times in the beginning too, that's why I knew what you were seeing.
