App Layouts and Custom Home Screens based on Focus Mode

Is there a way to have different app arrangements and folders based on the current focus mode? I would love to condense my apps and folders down to just the essentials when in my work focus mode, but I don't want them arranged as such when I'm in personal for example. Is this possible or something there's a workaround for?

Of course. It’s right in the Focus settings. You can also have the focus enabled automatically when you enter your office with an automisation as well
