App Library still has Podcast in health and fitness. WHY?

17.0.1 and the App Library STILL forces the Apple Podcasts app into my “Health and Fitness” folder rather than where all my other similar stuff is in Entertainment. PITA. Has Apple literally not noticed this for more than a year??
