Resolved App Listed Twice in "Open With >"

I recently installed Calibre, an app to manage my books for an e-reader. Recently it said it needed to update, which required installing the latest version. There is only one version/copy in Apps, however when I right click a file it is listed twice under the "Open with >" menu... How do I fix this? Thanks in advance.

I used the terminal command they provided. Perfect. Thanks- I guess the key word to googling that was using "Duplicate" as the keyword.
