app loading speed on OS3

this is the one thing that impressed more than than anything at he keynote.

So those who have it downloaded are the app loading speeds as great as it said it would be so far?

Most do but some of the third party apps have a delay but that seems to be just the first time. We do need to give the developers time to update their apps in case there is some effort to ensure they stay loaded in memory. Carrot is a third party app that was current and fast. My bank app was slow the first time I added to the dock but that may be related to the first time added. All in all, I am very impressed. The built in apps are instant...loading the workout app comes to mind and settings which I use a lot is nice.

I really hope it is. I love the concept of the Apple Watch but the slow app loading was a complete turn off. I'm really looking forward to WatchOS 3. I hope to see the 2nd watch this fall.
