app login fail on iphone 5s

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post. but will give it a try. I have an app called TimmyMe it's for a canadian coffee shop. It has been working fine since I start useing it. But now it will not log in. I get errors like 500 and network problem. I removed the app a few times and nothing. all the other apps work fine. Any thoughts?

Any reason why you don't use the "official" tim Horton's app? I haven't used TimmyMe since they came out with the real one.

As the developer of that App kept up with updates? If not, the App might need updates in order to work with Apples iOS updates.

Contact the developer. No one here will know about some random 3rd party coffee shop app's errors. Sorry.

Any reason why you don't use the "official" tim Horton's app? I haven't used TimmyMe since they came out with the real one.

Thanks for your help CNeufeld for your help. Do you have a link for it. I have tried looking but it keeps bringing me back to timmyMe.
