App made on old xcode wont install on iOS4

I have an app that I tried to install on my iOS4 device to debug. The base SDK is 3.1.2. When I click install it says there is no Provisioned Device plugged in, even though Organizer shows it there, and my profile on the device itself still shows it being plugged in. Any clues?
