Apps App needed to turn on video recorder or voice recorder

I wouldn't know the first thing to develop an app that could activate the video or voice recorder via the Apple Watch. I think that app would be a winner. For those that could make that app - please slide a little of that cheddar when you start selling it. Lol! Anyone else think this would be a winner?
