iOS App Not Showing in All Stores

Hey all,

My app (Tap Play: MMO Controller) is set to appear worldwide.

I received an email from a customer who downloaded the lite version in Costa Rica perfectly fine and enjoyed and wanted to buy the full version, yet strangely the full version doesn't show up there.

I've emailed Apple to ask why this could be but no reply of yet, has anyone else come across a similar issue?
