App like YouTube, WhatsApp & Spotify didn't get an update for iOS 7

It's just a shame, they have million users all around the world, they had 3 months (since the 1st beta of iOS 7) to update their app and still nothing..

I also wonder: why YouTube lacks the background play option?
I mean so many other clients like ProTuber that aren't developed by Google have more features...

Is it a move by purpose that Google make to make their app bad on iOS or what?

Google does that because they don't want to encourage listening to copyrighted music through YouTube. They want people to pay for their Google Play Super Music Whatever It's Called service.

And I'm getting annoyed about the lack of updates (true updates) for iOS 7.

So we can never expect the original app to introduce this feature?

I wouldn't count on it. Unfortunately, Google's sole vision of YouTube is for consuming videos from paid partners, not listening to music. Things have changed since they bought YouTube.
