App notifcations not working

I realized yesterday that I’m not getting notifications from any of my apps (ex. Instagram, Facebook, Nest) on my 12 pro. I’m still receiving iMessage notifications, but nothing else. Nothing in my notifcation settings has changed, my phone isn’t on Focus or Do Not Disturb… I’m at loss! I updated my iOS to 16.7.2 and restarted my phone. I got a couple instagram notifcations but stopped receiving them moments later. Has this happened to anyone before?? Any ideas for a fix?

Updating in case any else encounters this issue.

After tons of trouble shooting and preparing to wipe and restore my phone, I uninstalled and reinstalled an app and suddenly notifcations were working again. It looks as though I’ll have to do this for all my apps, which is a pain but I’m a) upgrading my phone in the new year so this will force me to offload some apps that I don’t use, and b) I prefer to do this over a restore.
