Hi everyone,

I just got my new iPhone 6S and I've noticed that none of the apps on the App Store have the video preview that is usually next to the screenshots. I know that not all apps have a video preview, but navigating through the App Store and comparing the same apps on my 'old' iPhone 6, I can still watch the videos in there. Please see the screenshots below.

Anybody else has noticed this? Is it a bug on iOS 9? Or is it exclusive to the new iPhones? It's not just a fault. I've tried resetting the iPhone 6S and different stores (US, UK) and still having the same problem.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Many thanks!

Just an update on this topic: it's not an isolated issue of my phone. I have checked the App Store in two other iPhone 6s and 6s Plus and they all behave the same. None of them show video previews for any app on the App Store.

I cannot believe Apple didn't test this before releasing the new iPhones!!

I just hope it gets fixed soon on a new update.
