App question

hi there,

i'm looking for an app or a program for Ipad that would allow me to write with my stylus and my hand writing and automatically convert it into a typed word document. I find myself much faster at taking notes writing with a pen rather than typing on the not so precise and responsive (my opinion) Ipad keyboard.

Does anything like that exist?
