i have a question,, if i buy apps from the app store and somehow my phone gets restored do i have to buy the apps again? if so is there a way to back up or save my apps just incase my phone gets restored i can just put them back'

Just sync your phone with iTunes, or just redownload them again. You can redownload any app for free.

As long as you are signed into the account you downloaded them with originally.

(I know, common sense. But you never know these days.)
