App Questions & Search?!

hello. i've searched the app store and no luck.

here's a few apps i'm looking for, if you can direct me in the right direction...thanks.

1. Call blocking app - that would allow me to add numbers that would automatically be sent to VM.
2. Profile Manager - app that would allow me to change ringtone profiles ala Blackberry. For instance when i sleep at night, the quickest way to turn off the ringer is to set it to vibrate. but other than going into settings, how else do i turn off the ringer and vibrate?
