app request - syntax editor

im looking for a syntax editor for the iphone with syntax highlighting. I want to be able to write small code snippets in c++.

a small toolbar on the bottom with things like { and other commonly used keys would be excellent. so you dont have to switch back and forth from the numbered keyboard to much. a quick way to bookmark these snippets and refer back to them would be a good feature.

support for rotated keyboard would be helpful.
