Hi, i've been having this weird bug or what you wanna call, since the day I bought my mac, 6 months ago. I'm currently using osx 10.8.2, but the problem was also at 10.7 as well. My app store doesn't show when there is updates avalible, my settings are sat as it should in systemprefrences ( Screenshot included). It doesn't show app badges either, I have it in my doc. It's really annoying that I have to go in app store, and check for updates manually all the time. And the worst part is, it's the same with my Mail app, neither does it update or show app badges, it's killing me! Please help me
