Here's to hoping that Apple adds their App Store to the notification list or makes a toggle in the settings for it so that I can turn off badging of the App Store app. I really don't care how many updates I have and I can always look in the app itself to find out. Like many I suppose I update apps, especially larger ones via iTunes. This makes more sense for speed with cable bandwidth, and for multiple devices, 2 iPhones, 2 iPads.
