Hi MacRumors!

Im seeing something really strange on my computer.

I'm not entirely sure if this is related but I had notification center removed a while back and brought it back yesterday after following this tutorial: http://www.tuaw.com/2014/03/18/how-to-permanently-remove-notification-center-from-os-x/

After restarting my computer this morning; none of my desktop apps (App Store, DropBox, Safari, Steam, and etc) is able to connect to the internet. The only app that is able to get connection is Chrome.

Anyone have any ideas? :(

Weird... what if open a terminal and type

Code:
ping example.com

What's the output?

Also helpful would be to go to the Apple menu, System Preferences. Then choose Network, select your active network on the left (the one that's highest), then tell us what it says. Especially the "DNS server" entry.
