App Store blank screen

Has anyone experienced this?
When I tried to access the App Store this evening I get a blank white screen under the headers. I tried killing and restarting the app as well as shutting down the iPod (Touch 4th gen) and restarting with no success.

And maps. They can have iOS 6 back. Wish I was still on 5 and waited before downloading 6 - but it's like seeing a wrapped gift under the Christmas tree- it's not like you're going to leave it wrapped even if you know there's a 50-50 chance it could be a **** gift.

The new App Store is a disgrace. I, too, have been experiencing this issue along with a host of other problems that make this new App Store difficult and frustrating to use.

I'm still blank... thought about calling Apple in the morning but they'd probably just suggest restoring the device and I don't want to do that

Perhaps this is a sign that they are reverting back to the iOS 5 app store interface? one can only hope.

I doubt it. Things like that usually don't happen to me with my luck. Today I forgot where I parked my car in the parking garage and walked past it twice without realizing it. The App Store will be back as the same piece o' crap... only after teasing me for 17 hours with a blank screen

It's back!

OK so it just came back! I didnt do anything differently except unhook my iPhone from the charger and hook it up to my Mac. I have iTunes set up to NOT sync devices automatically, so all it was really doing was charging, since I didnt perform a sync. I checked the App Store and it was working properly. Really odd.

Yup, it's back (for now) Let's see how long it lasts (still the new iOS 6 version though)
