On last version of Mojave, want to upgrade Logic to 10.5 but the app store keeps saying, even though it's clearly been purchased as shown on the app store the following "Cannot complete purchase"...

I tried logging out of the store, rebooting & then logging back in & that didn't change anything. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Also having this issue. I see a few threads on Apple discussions about it too. So it seems like it may be an issue with Mojave.

I tested the App Store on Catalina and everything is fine.

I don’t have Logic but am I’m getting the same problem updating any apps on both of my Macs that have Mojave installed. I also often get the Apple ID Sign In requested box pop up on my other devices (iOS and Mac). I click Allow, it gives me a verification code but then on my Macs it doesn’t give me the option to enter this code.

I also tried signing out then back into the App Store, rebooting, and checking my DNS.

Looks like it may be fixed. I was able to download and update multiple apps that were giving me trouble yesterday.

Hope it is working for you guys as well.
