iOS App store countries question

is it possible to put apps on appstore from egypt ?
will they be available to all the other countrie's app stores or just egypt's ?

Do you mean does Egypt have its own app store? I believe apps are available in Egypt, yes: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3599

If you live in Egypt and want to be a developer, I believe you can have your apps available worldwide, I've never seen any restrictions on developers just because of the country they live in.

You can request that they only be available in certain stores if you so desire, but about the only reason you'd do that is for legal reasons (IE, if you app contains content that violates the laws of specific countries, you might make two versions of your app... The normal version sold most in most countries, and a censored version for the specific country.)
