App Store country change

Is there any way to change the country in the App store without changing the Adress in iTunes account?

I would like to see reviews & comments from other people than from the ones in my country, because mostly there is just one/two or nothing. Also I don't like that the top 100 is showing top apps from Czech Republic.

As far as i know, no.

You need to change it in iTunes to change it in appstore.

Because in Mac Store you just change the icon in the footer, but in App store there is nothing like that.
