App Store crashing on iPhone 4

i've had my iphone 4 since June, but just in the last few weeks the app store app started crashing. at first it was sporadic, but now 99% of the time after i install a new app or run an update on the phone, the next time i start the app store app it crashes seconds after opening it. after it crashes, i simply open it again and it is fine.

so luckily no serious harm, but just annoying having to open it twice in a row to get it to actually work. anyone else having this issue?

i have this too, just wait like 2 seconds more instead of opening right away
