App store discounts

Hello,
I am just wondering will there be app store discounts on black Friday?
if so I will save my shopping budget for that day

Apple gave me an email a while back saying app addition/price changes weren't allowed starting Dec. 23rd to I think 27th. So if you're expecting to wake up on the 25th and get a load of apps on sale starting that day, you're probably going to be disappointed. But most developers start the sale on the 23rd anyway so I'd keep a close eye.
