app store games and steam

Hey guys, I was wondering if games I purchase in the app store would have steam integration with them or not... thanks for the help!

I was able to add Safari to my Steam games library. It did not add the overlay to it, though.

I also added N.O.V.A.2 (which I bought through the App Store). Again, the overlay was not available.

Rich Steam integration (such as server browsing) I don't think would work... perhaps other games might have overlay support.
