App Store hasn't updated Yet

Hi this has probably been mentioned before, but I couldn't find a thread that directly mentioned the issue I'm experiencing. My App Store hasn't refreshed itself and it still has the same appearance as the one on iOS 5. Am I the only one? Is there a fix to this issue?

The App Store and music are light, TV Shows, Movies and Music videos are dark. (They all look really nice.)

Also does anyone in the UK always get the US stores instead of the UK ones?
