App store icon missing

I've searched around but nothing seems to work. The app store icon is missing. It's still on my phone (4 onvzw) because I can find it in spotlight. Im jailbroken with GP but it was there for days before. It's not poof, or restrictions. Ideas????

It's not hidden in a folder somewhere is it?

Check the parental controils. It may be turned off. You can also turn off iTunes
